Peppermint Chocolate Patty Holiday Bark Christmas Goodies

Every year I make candy bark for Christmas gifts and to serve at my Christmas Open House. There are a few favorites that I make every year and I'm always experimenting and making new Christmas goodies. Once of my newest creations is the Peppermint Chocolate Patty Bark. I hope that you enjoy the recipe and follow along in the 30 Days of Christmas Goodies.

Have you ever made bark? It is one of the easiest Christmas Goodies to make! With just a little bit of a creative spin you can some up with some tasty varieties. I will share a few more with you this month that got created in my kitchen over the past few years.

Peppermint Chocolate Patty Holiday Bark

 Ingredients

 1 pkg chocolate almond bark
 1/4 cup crushed up candy canes
 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
 2 Tbsp crushed up candy canes for the topping 
 2 lage Peppermint Candy bars, broken into pieces (optional)
 Sprinkles, optional

Directions

 1-Melt bark in microwave according to package instructions.
 2-Add in candy canes and stir until all covered in chocolate.
 3-Quickly stir in white chocolate and peppermint candy bars and pour out onto a 11 x 17 baking sheet.
 4-Top with crushed candy canes any if wanted, sprinkles of your choice.
 5- Once hard, break and eat and give away these Christmas Goodies, too!!

Kitchen Notes

I've made this with and without the actual peppermint candy bars. It taste great both ways. The first year I made this was to use up Peppermint Patty's from the Halloween Leftover Candy!
