Easy and Creamy Holiday Fudge Christmas Goodies

I only eat fudge around Christmas time and when I do it has to be my easy and creamy holiday fudge. I'm sharing that recipe today in my 30 Days of Christmas Goodies. Someone asked why I'm starting this series in November. No I'm not trying to rush the season but giving out recipe ideas so everyone has enough time to make treats to give as gifts.

Christmas Goodies
This is the best fudge ever. I've been making it for over 30 years. Ok just so you know I'm in my early 40s so as a young tween I started making this for my family. It is the earliest recipe that I can recall making.

Easy and Creamy Holiday Fudge

1/2 c. butter
1 c. milk
4 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. small marshmallows
13 oz Hershey chocolate bars, broken into pieces
2 oz unsweetened chocolate squares
12 oz chocolate chips
1-2 c. chopped nuts of your choice - I skip or use pecans

1-Melt butter and milk on the stovetop.
2-Add sugar, mix well.
3-Mix in marshmallows. Keep stirring until a rolling boil.
4-Remove from heat and add rest of ingredients.
5-Pour into a butter jelly roll pan. Even out quickly.
6-Harden in fridge, cold porch or outdoors!

Kitchen Notes

This is a no fail fudge and it is so yummy. It will melt in your mouth. I give it away as gifts.
