Gingerbread Snack Mix Christmas Goodies

I love making quick and easy treats for the holidays. Christmas goodies like this one is easy to bring out when guest come over or to bundle up as gifts to give to teachers, mailman, dentist, etc. It is a festive snack and everyone always loves it.

This Christmas Goodies recipe was made my accident a few years back. The day before my Christmas Open House I was cleaning up my kitchen and found a bunch of ingredients which wasn't enough to make any particular recipe. I had the idea of adding it all together and ended up creating one yummy treat. Now I make sure every year to have enough ingredients to make it!
