Labels for Education Book Bonanza Sweepstakes

Do you know how long the Labels for Education program has been helping schools earn FREE educational merchandise like art supplies, sports equipment, and classroom resources? I was amazed to learn that this program has been going on for 38 years. YES, 38 years!!! I remember this program going on when I was in school. We collected labels just like my kids do, today. We homeschool so our family doesn't personally reap the benefits of the Label program but enjoy collecting them for the local schools.

Do you collect Labels for Education? How do you keep track of them? My daughter, Mz. Crafty, made a mini fridge envelope out of duct tape to keep track of all of our Labels for Educations. Before the cute envelope we would have Labels all over the house.

The Labels for Education program has a sweepstakes going on from October 15 through December 31, 2011. Your child's school can enter to win up to $2,500 worth of Scholastic books in the Labels for Education Book Bonanza Sweepstakes. Just go to scholastic.com/bookbonanza and complete the online entry form. You can enter ONCE A DAY!
Ten lucky schools will win Scholastic books:

- Two (2) schools will receive $2,500 worth of Scholastic books

- Two (2) schools will receive $1,000 worth of Scholastic books

- Six (6) schools will receive $500 worth of Scholastic books

Look at all the participating products! As a kid, some 30 years ago, I only recall Campbell's soup!

I was asked and compensated to write this post on behalf of Labels for Education and the promotion of the Book Bonanza Sweepstakes. My own tasty opinions are expressed here.
