JALAPENO POPPER DIP
2- 8oz containers of Cream Cheese
1 c mayo
1 c shredded mexican cheese mix
1 c parmesan cheese
4 oz can chilis
4 oz Jalapenos (canned or fresh)- use more or less depending on your preference of hotness!
1 c PANKO bread crumbs
1/2 c melted butter
Mix cream cheese, mayo, shredded cheese, 1/2 c. of Parmesan cheese (save other 1/2 for topping), chilies and jalapenos in food processor. Mix quickly and spread into 2 qt dish. Mix crumbs, 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese then add melted butter. Sprinkle over dip. I then lay on cut up peppers on top. This is extra and not included in the above measurement. Bake 375 for 20 min! YUMMY! We serve it with SCOOPS.
