One of the girls came to me and said "how do I make this, mom" which I replied "read the directions" and from there the shakes were made. I found that it was very quick and easy for them to do. In under 30 seconds, they removed the lid, added milk, did a stir and drank with their straw. No cooking (obvious because it is a shake) easy to make and no mess!
I liked how these Shakes were easy enough for the kids to make on their own. They loved all the flavors expect Sunrise Blend Smoothie. One of them said it tasted like medicine. I tasted it, and it didn't taste like medicine but did remind me a bit like the orange chewable aspirin from when I was a kid. They never take that medicine so I'm not sure what they were comparing it to.
These shakes are a special treat and I will buy them again. The shake cups contain half the fat and one-third fewer calories than regular shakes.
