This is a very tasty, nutty, rice recipe. I loved the smooth taste. Do you have any favorite rice recipes?
1 1/4 c. Rice (I used Manatma Jasmine Long grain rice)
1/2 stick of butter
Red onion, thinly sliced
1 c. unsweetened coconut milk
1 c. water
Melt a half stick of butter in a pot. Add black pepper, a little basil and tarragon, and thinly sliced red onion. Then add a cup of unsweetened coconut milk and a cup of water to rice (sticky rice is great, too) and bring to a boil, then let simmer until soft. Great with everything.
