we make our own individual pizzas, we buy pizza dough at the grocery store, add a little olive oil, some sauce, lots and lots of mozzarella, parmesan and a little italian spice, then we all add our own little touches,pepperoni and mushrooms on mine, and they all go in the oven together. We even share them sometimes! Pizza nite is family nite!

To be honest, my absolute favorite pizza is from a pizzeria in NYC, Rosa's. I LOVE their Sicilian pizza! I can't travel there every time I get the urge for a pizza so I pick up Freschetta's Brick Oven 5 Italian Cheese Pizza at my supermarket - my family loves it!
My favorite pizza is the Sicilian pizza at Rosa's Restaurant in NYC. I know they wouldn't reveal their family's secret recipe but I've watched them make it. Well, actually not the part of making the delicious pizza sauce which they generously spread over the EVOO sprinkled dough in the square pan, then they just enough mozzarella (not totally covering the top so you can see sauce in spots) and the finishing touch is grated Parmesan cheese (imported from Italy of course)on top. IT IS SO DELICIOUS!
