Happy Valentines Day Cupcakes

Nothing say, "I Love You" like a homemade treat for Valentine's Day! I've made a lot of goodies over the year for my family. If you need an easy sweet treat, try these Best Ever Cupcakes. You'll have a sweet treat in no time for your family. Have a sweet Valentine's day!

Best-Ever Cupcakes

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3 T. baking cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
6 T. oil
1 t. vanilla extract
1 c. cold water
Best Ever Buttercream Frosting

Directions

1-In a bowl, blend all the ingredients except frosting; fill 12 paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full. 

2- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; cool before frosting; Makes one dozen. 

3-Make frosting while cupcakes are cooking and put in fridge. Before frosting, lightly color with food coloring gel or just used festive sprinkles.
