4th of July PIcnic Food Menu plan

Welcome back to a new Monday Menu plan and link up! This week I'm putting a different twist on it. What can I say? I get bored with the same set up each week :)
*I switched linky providers so there isn't a link up this week.

Besides that, my family schedule is really messed up this week. Hubby will be out of town for 4 weeks (left yesterday) and only home for 24-36 hours each weekend. So I won't be cooking big meals for my daughters or even myself. Below are some of the meals that I will make or want to make. I hope you enjoy the spin.
  • If you have anything that is Red, White and/or Blue or is Patriotic (food and/or crafts) please do link below but add to my Red, White and Blue linky. If you do you will be entered to win $25 from Amazon. Check out all the ideas already posted.
(Pic is the salad mix for the below Shrimp & Avocado Boats. Yum!)
